Best spa experience ever!
I wanted to surprise my husband on his birthday and made a reservation for a couples 60-min deep tissue massage and a 60-min body exfoliation treatment. Now I know why they are #1 in Playa del Carmen! I emailed them to make a reservation and got a reply right away. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very professional staff, who spoke English very well. He explained the treatment and choices of oils to us. The massage was perfect, the ladies were very attentive and curtious, the whole process was very relaxing and exactly like I imagined. Then we had the body exfoliation treatment, which was even more amazing. My skin feels so soft after it! Hoping for an even sun tan after it. When were done and wanted to check out, they even had a little birthday gift for husband! So thoughtful! We are hoping we can come back to try other treatments. They also have different daily specials and welcome walk-ins.

Amazing (and addictive) massages
This pretty much sums up how my girlfriend and I felt about Prana: we both got the 60-minute exfoliation, and coming out of that we immediately booked two 90-minute massages the next day, and coming out of that (which my girlfriend referred to as “the best 90 minutes of my life”), I immediately booked another for the following day. It’s only $49 in the middle of the day, so I probably could have kept this streak going for a loooong time if we hadn’t had to leave eventually. So, so, SO good.

Best Massage We Ever Had
My husband and I got the Prana massage and it was AMAZING! We immediately booked a second and third massage for the week. We also had the organic facial that made my skin feel refreshed. I have a lot of tightness and knots in my neck and shoulder and after the first massage I felt like a new person, every kink was worked out and I regained full range of motion. Paty, Adriana and Chris were all very professional and even helped me celebrate my birthday with a surprise! The price was fair, unlike the hotel spas that charge 2x, 3x or 4x the amount for less time. I highly recommend booking a 90min massage here, you won’t be disappointed.
